About Sycametry Telehealth & Our Approach

What is Sycametry Telehealth?

Sycametry Telehealth provides modern mental health and neurodiversity support, specializing in ADHD coaching, anxiety, and sleep support. Our mission is to empower adults with ADHD to transition from overwhelm to structured productivity and confidence in their home, work, and school life.

What is the philosophy behind your coaching?

We believe an ADHD diagnosis is a blueprint for a life built around your unique strengths, not a limitation. Our approach is rooted in evidence-based behavioural and cognitive science. We focus on creating personalized, practical strategies to help you work with your unique brain, not against it.

Is this service a replacement for therapy or medical treatment?

No. Coaching is distinctly different from therapy or medical treatment. We focus on present and future goals, skill development, and practical strategies for daily life challenges. Our service is designed to be inclusive and scalable, intended to complement NHS or private mental health services you may already be using.

What conditions do you support?

Our primary focus is on ADHD coaching, as well as support for challenges often co-occurring with ADHD, such as anxiety and sleep difficulties.

Coaching Services & Support

Do you offer individual (one-on-one) coaching?

Yes. We offer Private Coaching to help you unlock your potential with one-on-one sessions. We work with you to develop personalized strategies for improving focus, organization, and follow-through in your life and work. You can Book a Private Consult to get started.

Do you offer support for employers and organizations?

Absolutely. We provide ADHD Coaching Support for Organisations. We help empower neurodivergent employees to thrive through expert coaching and provide guidance for managers to boost productivity, improve team performance, and retain valuable staff.

What is "Access to Work" support?

Access to Work (ATW) is a UK government scheme that can provide grants to help people with disabilities or health conditions (including ADHD) to start working or stay in work. We offer coaching services that may be eligible for funding through this scheme. You can Check ATW Eligibility directly on our website.

What kind of practical tools and resources do you offer?

We offer various self-help tools, including practical, free downloads like our ADHD-friendly planner and guides. These resources are designed to provide immediate support and structure and can be accessed via our website.
