Funding ADHD Coaching with Access to Work (AtW)

Access to Work is a UK government grant scheme that can significantly reduce, or even fully cover, the cost of specialist ADHD coaching for your employees. It is a valuable resource designed to help you create an inclusive, supportive, and highly productive workplace.

How Does the Cost-Sharing Work?

The grant is applied for by your employee, but your confirmation of their employment details will be required. The amount you, as the employer, contribute depends on your company's size.

• For businesses with 1-49 employees: There is typically no compulsory cost-sharing. Access to Work can cover 100% of the coaching costs for your team members.

• For medium-sized businesses (50-249 employees): A modest contribution is usually required. Typically, the employer covers the first small portion of the cost, and Access to Work funds the majority of the remaining amount.

• For large businesses (250+ employees): A contribution is required. Similar to medium-sized businesses, you will cover an initial amount, with Access to Work funding a significant portion of the rest.

A Key Incentive: For any employee who has been with your company for less than six weeks, Access to Work often covers 100% of the costs, regardless of your business size.
